They should do - they did for mine. I rang them up in order to whine, which is why I received the £5 gift voucher. You might want to do the same - just don't mention that it's the manufacturer's fault. The number is shown on screen by clicking on the 'contact us' link in your own area. It took a bit of digging to find but I got there by looking at the refunds section.
The employee I spoke to also said that a lot of people have complained and want to return the item so I don't think you should have any problems.
My money has already been refunded as I received an email telling me this, but I still haven't received a message telling me how to return the goods, which I was told would happen. I was told that it would be free post, though.
