Joining in the squee

Dr Who was just wonderful. Loved it and am really looking forward to next week's episode. And to make it even better, I watched it sitting on my mother's sofa, in the company of my mother.

Ah, memories...

Entry dedicated to [livejournal.com profile] raincitygirl. Thanks hon.

*g* I too was curled up on my mother's sofa watching. There is somehow something deeply satisfying about that, isn't there :-)

Oh there is, there is. Reverting to childhood once in a while is *good*.

So far everyone seems to have enjoyed it, which is most promising for a decent run.

It is very promising. I haven't read a single adverse comment on LJ as yet. And my mother adored it as well, was extoling its virtues to the grandchildren over Easter Sunday lunch.

The viewing figures look pretty good too.

Yay! I loved it too-- it was far better than expected and I think Christopher Ecclestone makes a great Doctor.

Ditto. Not to mention some classic lines. Well done Russell!
