Anyone who's a SGA fan probably already knows this, but in the new episodes that have just aired...

When Hermiod mutters comments in his own language (Asgardian?) what's he's actually saying is English played backwards.

So, for example, in Intruder after Sheppard has finished eyeing up Hermiod and making his 'naked' comment, what the Asgard says is, "These humans are infants."

Then, also in Intruder, after they've failed to get rid of the virus for the second time, Hermiod says, "The incompetence of these humans is beginning to
make me angry."

No, I didn't find this out. This is courtesy of someone on the [Stargate_Atlantis_Talk] list.

I have just seen this! Am I very weird for saying that I love Hermiod? That animatronic puppet - eh, alien, has personality! And the way Sheppard looks at him is priceless.

It is, isn't it. Now I want to know what he was saying in Siege III.

Not at all. I love him too and I'm... almost normal.
